The challenge

The foundation’s secretariat handles a steady flow of official letters, assignment letters and partner correspondence. Without a central system, documents were hard to trace and reporting took significant manual effort.

The solution

SIMARSIP digitizes the entire correspondence workflow. Incoming and outgoing letters are recorded with categories, linked to partner institutions and tracked through a full activity log. The system integrates with WhatsApp for distributing information, with a verification step before any broadcast is sent. Dashboards show monthly letter volume and category distribution, and reports can be printed per month or year. I led the development of the system end to end.
