Article 1 — Introduction

Tugaskita ("we") values your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and how we protect it.
This policy follows Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. By using our website and services, you agree to the practices described here.

Data you give us when you contact us on WhatsApp, by email, or through the website chat: for example your name, business name, phone number, and message.
The questions you type into the AI chat assistant on this website.
Technical data logged by the server for security, such as IP address, browser type, and time of access. This website does not use analytics or advertising tools that track you.
Project data: materials you hand over for a project, such as text, photos, logos, and business data.

Questions you send in the chat are forwarded to OpenRouter, a third-party AI service provider, to be processed by an AI model. The answer is then shown to you.
The conversation is kept temporarily in server memory for at most 24 hours, only to keep the context and enforce the question limit. We do not store chat content permanently.
Please do not share sensitive data in the chat, such as bank account numbers, passwords, or other people’s personal data.
Answers are generated by AI and may be wrong. What applies is the information our team gives you directly and what is in the written proposal.

To answer your questions and run consultations.
To prepare proposals and to build and deliver the projects you order.
To contact you about projects, payments, or support after handover.
To keep the website secure and prevent abuse, for example by limiting the number of chat questions.
To show projects in our portfolio, only with the Client’s permission.

Access to personal data is limited to the team members handling your consultation or project.
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the server is restricted.
Project data is kept while the project runs and afterwards for as long as it is needed for warranty, support, or legal obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing purposes.
Data may be processed by service providers that help us operate, only as far as needed: our server (hosting) provider, OpenRouter (AI chat assistant), WhatsApp (when you contact us there), and our email provider.
Data may be disclosed if required by law or by a competent authority.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The chat assistant uses one technical cookie named tk_chat. It holds a random code with no personal data, lasts 24 hours, and is used to count the question limit.
Your browser also stores the chat history (for 24 hours) and a marker that you have already seen the promo popup. This data stays on your device, not on our server.
You can delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings.

To ask for information about, and a copy of, the personal data we hold about you.
To ask for inaccurate data to be corrected.
To ask for your personal data to be deleted, except data we must keep by law.
To withdraw permission for your project to appear in our portfolio.

This website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and GitHub.
Their privacy policies are outside our control. We recommend reading each of them.

We may update this policy at any time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
