The challenge

Alongside its HRIS, PT Selaras Mitra Integra needed a public-facing portal to attract candidates and give its recruiter partners a channel to publish vacancies.

The solution

The job portal lets recruiter companies post job openings while candidates browse listings, view company profiles and apply. It also features training and workshop listings to support candidate development. I developed the job posting feature for recruiter companies and deployed the platform to the company’s internal VPS infrastructure.
