Pallet Production Monitoring Platform

End-to-end production tracking, from raw material to delivery, for a biomass pallet manufacturer.

The challenge

A biomass pallet manufacturer needed visibility into its production process, from incoming raw material through each machine to finished goods delivered to customers.

The solution

I built a monitoring platform that tracks the manufacturing process end to end. The system records raw material intake, production output, deliveries and electricity usage, and organizes machines (shredder, fine crusher, pelletizer) and their components as master data. Production reports go through an approval flow, and dashboards show monthly production and delivery trends so management can track output and efficiency.
