Omzetku: Revenue Tracking SaaS for Vocational Schools

The challenge

Vocational schools (SMK) run student business units as part of their entrepreneurship curriculum, but revenue was often recorded manually and scattered across spreadsheets. That made it hard for schools to report accurately, and almost impossible for the foundation to monitor performance at a national level.

The solution

Omzetku solves this with a centralized, multi-tenant platform where every school records its business revenue in one standardized system. Data is structured hierarchically by country, province, city and school, so the foundation can compare performance across regions and identify the top-revenue schools at a glance. I led the development from data modeling to deployment, designing role-based access for foundation admins, school operators and students.
