Noble Course: Learning Center Management Platform

The challenge

Noble Course is a tutoring center running multiple programs across branches, from regular and private elementary classes to foreign language courses. Managing schedules, tutors, attendance and payments manually was becoming a bottleneck as the center grew.

The solution

I led the development of a platform that brings academic and financial operations into one system. Admins manage classes, tutors and students, while tutors record teaching journals after each session. The platform handles report cards, tutor schedules (including substitute tutors), student billing and tutor payslips. A dashboard highlights items that need attention, such as pending account approvals, unrecorded sessions and draft payslips.
