HRIS & Payroll for HR Outsourcing

The challenge

PT Selaras Mitra Integra is an HR outsourcing company that places employees at partner companies. It needed a system to manage those employees, their contracts and their payroll across many client companies at once.

The solution

As one of two senior engineers in a 4-person team, I co-designed the database schema and built the employee management module, covering personal data, family records and document storage. The platform supports 7 user roles, including HR Admin, Finance, partner companies, recruiters and candidates. I also contributed to the payroll module, which calculates PPh 21 income tax automatically, and the finance dashboard used to monitor payroll status and salary spending.
