HRIS: Web & Offline Desktop Application

The challenge

A manufacturing company needed to manage its workforce in an environment where internet connectivity on the factory floor was not always reliable. A purely web-based HR system would stop working exactly when it was needed.

The solution

I built an HRIS that covers the full employee lifecycle: employee records, attendance, overtime, leave, reimbursement, performance and payroll. It ships in two forms: a web platform for management and a desktop application built with NativePHP. The desktop version keeps working offline, stores data locally, and synchronizes with the central database once the connection is restored, so attendance and operational data are never lost.
