GEMA E-Certificate

The challenge

Issuing certificates manually for every participant of the foundation’s entrepreneurship competition was slow and error-prone.

The solution

I built a certificate platform where participants log in and claim their own certificate. Certificates are generated automatically as PDFs from participant data, which removes manual design and distribution work for the committee and ensures each participant receives the correct certificate.

Highlights

• Self-service certificate claiming by participants
• Automated PDF certificate generation
• Participant login to protect certificate access
